Fabi Saad is a distinguished Brazilian businesswoman, entrepreneur, and author dedicated to advancing women’s empowerment globally. She holds a degree in Communications from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), an MBA in Digital Marketing, and has completed the Women Leadership Program at Oxford University.
At the age of 18, Fabi began her professional journey focusing on enhancing women’s roles in the workforce. She founded the “Mulheres Positivas” (Positive Women) platform, an ecosystem designed to foster female development through courses, training, inspiring stories, and job opportunities. This initiative has expanded internationally, operating in countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Spain, the United States, Dubai, Italy, France, and the United Kingdom.
Additionally, the Mujeres Positivas app is active in Colombia, in partnership with Claro Colombia. Focused on personal and professional development, the app offers content such as courses, success stories, and networking opportunities, helping to strengthen the support network and promote women’s empowerment in the region.
In collaboration with the São Paulo State Government, Fabi developed the “SOS Mulher” platform, aimed at combating violence against women. Her commitment to female empowerment has been recognized by Forbes, which named her one of the 20 most influential women in Brazil in 2022.

This work presents research conducted in 2024, exploring female leaders in Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Italy, highlighting their efforts to promote positive impact and gender equality across various sectors.
Fabi’s media presence includes hosting her own program, “Mulheres Positivas,” on Record News, further amplifying her advocacy for women’s empowerment.
